SHIPPING
Our processing time is currently 7 business days. When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it's with either UPS or USPS.
Please refer to the announcement at the top of our website for updated processing time in mind when purchasing.
All US orders over $200 ship free. All other orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Normal shipping speed is 3-5 business days. Third-party shipping companies usually take an additional 4-7 days for orders to arrive. Please bear in mind when ordering.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of these handmade and personalized products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please double check our processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing
We're so sorry to hear that! We take careful consideration when packing our orders, but this can occasionally happen during transit. Please contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Include a photo and description of the damage. Keep the original packaging!
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check all order details before placing your purchase to ensure everything is accurate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we take great care in packaging and creating each order, if your item arrives damaged or with an error (such as a misspelling), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will work with you to make it right. You must have the original packaging!
Shipping Damage
We would never mail an item that is damaged to any customer. Our business and your satisfaction is most important. We unfortunately cannot control the shipping process.Â
To process a claim, please email us with the following photos:
1. The outside of the packaging before opening
2. The inside of the packaging, clearly showing the shipping materials
3. A full photo of the product
4. A close-up of the damage or error
5. You will be required to mail the damaged sign in the original packaging.
We require all of the above to for insurance purposes to assess the issue and offer a resolution. Failure to submit all will result in a partial refund from the insurance  company.Â
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that were entered incorrectly during ordering.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
